About Us

Woodcrest Elementary School provides for the instructional needs of approximately 750 students in Los Angeles, California. It is part of the Los Angeles Unified School District is supported by services from Local District South. Our school has a traditional calendar meaning our school year begins in August and ends in June. Our school provides continuous professional development for teachers and paraprofessionals, education classes for parents, and Beyond the Bell and After School programs.

Woodcrest Elementary School is a learning community of parents, teachers, administrators, staff, and students, who are dedicated to providing a safe, loving and academically challenging environment for all students, so they will be fully prepared to effectively participate as lifelong learners in a diverse global society.
